Agents for Home Buyers has been tracking home prices and real estate market statistics for 10 communities in the Boulder area since 1997. In fact, many local real estate agents use the data we make public here. We share this data mostly to benefit the home buyers we work with and we believe it helps level the playing field for buyers in the competitive Denver-Boulder housing market.
The real estate statistics in this section will be helpful if you’d like to know pricing and appreciation rates for neighborhoods in Boulder and Longmont broken down by large, mid-sized, and small houses, as well as condos and townhomes.
For each property type, we provide a chart showing price changes from year to year, and another showing cumulative pricing changes over several time periods, including the recession, the recovery post-recession, and 1997 to date.
